What would the
holidays be without Egg Nog? A little ginger ale and strawberry ice
cream and you have a drink that will spice up any party. |

cup sugar |

cup cream |

teaspoon ground
cinnamon |

1/4 |
teaspoon ground
cloves |

large eggs, well
beaten |

quarts orange
juice, chilled |

quart ginger ale,
chilled |

cups fresh or
frozen strawberries, sliced |

quart strawberry
ice cream |

teaspoon nutmeg |

In a
medium bowl, beat sugar, cream and spices into eggs. Stir in
chilled orange juice. Slowly pour ginger ale down the side of
a large punch bowl. Gently stir in the egg mixture and
strawberries. Drop scoops of ice cream into the Egg Nog and
sprinkle with nutmeg.
Yield: 20 servings.
