About Us:

     My sister and I were born and raised in Maryland, but after falling in love with the weather and scenery of East Tennessee, we now call the historic town of Rogersville "home".

     All of our lives we've been involved in some form of art.  I can remember being quite small.  My older sister (by eight years) was into drawing horses.  When I showed an interest, she very patiently and lovingly taught me some basics.  In the years that followed ("pre-computer"), we developed a passion for creating illustrations in pencil, chalk, ink and oils.

     Then, in 1992, we began to work with art illustration on the computer and found it to be very enjoyable.  Since our favorite holiday is Christmas (we keep our tree up all year long) it only made sense to combine both passions to create one product.   So, with a little bit of artistic talent and a lot of self-taught techniques, we began our journey into the realm of Noella Designs. 

In between seeing to the demands of our large families and two "pound puppies", we spend our days with a hand on the mouse and our eyes on the monitor.  It's either a passion or an obsession...we can't decide.

    We launched this web site in celebration of Christmas.  Everything we do seems to bring us back to this particular holiday and gifts us with great joy every day.  We hope we'll be able to pass a little of that enthusiasm on to the "Scrooges" of the world .  For those of you who love Christmas, you already know us a little.  We hope you will support us in the years to come.
