Basic Plot
Found as a baby by the Kringles, a family of toy-making elves, Kris loved to make toys. But most of all, he loved to see the looks on the children's faces when he presented them with a toy. Unfortunately, not everyone in Sombertown likes toys...or Kris Kringle. Branded an outlaw by the Mayor, delivering the toys became much harder. Determined to continue taking toys to the children, Kris encounters magic, scary places and new friends on his quest.
Review
This adorable animation is a "feel good" story. If you've ever wondered how Santa came to be, this will answer all of your questions. The storyline includes adventure, villains, friendship and even love. Typical of a Rankin animation, it's a part of our annual Christmas tradition that brightens the holidays a little more.
