General Rules & Conditions
  Entrants of all ages are welcome.  No limits have been placed on the number of contests you may enter or the amount of entries you may submit.  The entrant will maintain creative license, but grants a usage license to noelladesigns.com without expiration or limitations that allows all materials to be utilized in perpetuity on, for and by the web site and its owners/designers/webmasters to include public downloads and usage per our Terms of Use.  All entries become the property of the web site; no materials will be returned.   
     

 

 
 
  Prize Awards  
 

The deadline for entry and voting is December 10th.  Entries received after that time will be held for consideration the following year.  Winners are selected by the visitors of noelladesigns.com through an online voting form.  In the event no votes are cast in a contest, the webmasters will decide the winner.  If no valid entries are received for a contest, the award for that contest will be absorbed by the web site.  All outcomes and decisions are final.  The name of the winner for each category will be announced on the web site.  Prizes will be sent out on or before December 17th in an effort to make sure all winners receive their awards no later than December 24th.
